According to Al Mazrouei, the UAE is always at the forefront in the use of solar energy applications to generate electricity.

This statement came in a speech delivered Tuesday by Matar Al Niyadi, under-secretary at the ministry of energy, on behalf of Al Mazrouei, at the opening of the 19th Annual Energy Conference at the headquarters of the Emirates Centre for Strategic Studies and Research here.
