UN Hails President's Wise Leadership: Akhbar Al Sa'a Bulletin

The Emirates Center for Strategic Studies and Research (ECSSR) has said that the appreciation of the Secretary-General of the United Nations, Ban Ki-moon to the stances of President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan and his efforts towards enhancing international peace and development efforts, is considered a UN certificate of appreciation to be added to the track record of the United Arab Emirates.
In an editorial entitled: "UN hails President's Wise leadership", the ECSSR daily bulletin, Akhbar Al Sa'a (News of the Hour), explained that this UN praise to the UAE's stances is a result of the country's wise leadership vision which focuses on the development and the achievement of social welfare.
The ECSSR added that the importance of Ban Ki-moon's stance towards the UAE and its wise leadership, stems from the fact that it came from the Secretary-General of such a major international organization that has a comprehensive knowledge of developments in the world and its various crises.
In conclusion, the bulletin expressed the importance of UAE 's role in peacekeeping operations through the United Nations, and its positive moves within the framework of reconstruction operations in conflict zones around the world.
