His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, has highlighted far-reaching development factors that would serve as a framework for the UAE’s enormous successes and its pioneering development experiment at the regional and international levels. His Highness expressed these views during his meeting with editors-in-chief of local newspapers, senior officials at the country’s media institutions and agencies and representatives of Arab and international news organizations during the opening ceremony of MBC’s new studio in Dubai.
