As part of its program of events marking the 42nd UAE National Day, the Emirates Center for Strategic Studies and Research (ECSSR) organized a lecture entitled ‘The Emirati Citizen’s Code of Values and Conduct’ which was delivered by Dr. Ibtesam Al-Ketbi, Chairwoman of the Emirates Policy Center on Wednesday, December 04, 2013, at 07.30pm in the Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan Hall at the ECSSR office complex in Abu Dhabi.
