Abu Dhabi 2030, Investment In Sustainable Development: Akhbar Al Sa'a Bulletin

The Emirates Center for Strategic Studies and Research (ECSSR) has said that the Abu Dhabi Urban Planning Council has recently adopted a modernisation project entitled "Abu Dhabi 2030 Plan".

In an editorial entitled "Abu Dhabi 2030, Investment In Sustainable Development ", the ECSSR daily bulletin, Akhbar Al Sa'a (News of the Hour), explained that the approved project included identifying the work mechanisms and the management of the project.

The editorial pointed out that Abu Dhabi 2030 Plan is the first project of its kind to which provide a practical and flexible look for the future, focusing on the cultural and environmental identity of Abu Dhabi. It also allows the physical and urban expansion and development to accommodate the growing city's population.

With regard to "Authentic Identity and Developed Culture", the plan is committed to a pattern of urban city design, taking into account its identity as an authentic Arab city and at the same time a city open to the world.

The bulletin went on to conclude, "The Abu Dhabi 2030 Plan, like any other future plans and programmes adopted by the government of Abu Dhabi, is generally accurate, transparent and flexible in order to achieve the best possible results".
